Welcome to Cltr.Ed Care Consulting!

1. Services

Cltr.Ed Care Consulting provides education consulting services, including but not limited to:

  • Care Audits: Comprehensive analysis of care in classrooms, schools, and organizations.

  • Instructional Coaching: 1:1 and group coaching for educators and leaders.

  • Professional Development: Workshops and training on care-centered, equity-driven practices.

All services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Fees: Payment for services is due in full prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit/debit card, AfterPay (selected products/services), PayPal, and check (selected services).

  • Late Fees: A late fee of 1.5% may apply to overdue invoices.

  • Refunds: Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which is available upon request.

3. Intellectual Property

  • All materials, reports, and recommendations provided by Cltr.Ed Care Consulting are the intellectual property of Cltr.Ed Care Consulting unless otherwise agreed.

  • Clients may use the materials only for the agreed-upon purpose. No reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.

4. Prohibited Uses​

You agree not to use any automated tools, artificial intelligence (AI) systems, bots, scrapers, or other automated means to:

  • Access, extract, or reproduce our content, services, or materials without prior written permission.

  • Interact with our services in a way that mimics human behavior (e.g., using AI chatbots to submit inquiries, book consultations, or complete forms).

  • Circumvent security measures or interfere with the proper functioning of our website or services.

  • Generate, distribute, or publish content derived from our services using AI tools without explicit consent.

    • Violation of this clause may result in:

      • Immediate termination of your access to our services.

      • Legal action to enforce these terms and seek damages for any harm caused by such violations.

5. Confidentiality & Limitation of Liability

  • Both parties agree to keep all client information confidential, except as required by law.

  • Cltr.Ed Care Consulting may use anonymized case studies for marketing or educational purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

  • Cltr.Ed Care Consulting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

  • Clients are solely responsible for their decisions and outcomes based on our advice.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 10 days’ written notice.

  • Clients are responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in North Carolina courts.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
